Left Behind!
Record when a bus or trolley is too full to board
After waiting for the bus or trolley, it's frustrating to find that it's too full to get on - or that it just passes by without stopping because it's packed.
Use Left Behind! to report which line, where and when you were left behind because of crowding. This information can then help the T better plan service based on these reports.
This is meant for buses and Green Line trolley car stops at street level. The MBTA already uses cameras on subway platforms to estimate when subway cars are full and how many people are left behind.
